Hey everyone,
It’s the start of a new week and I’ve made another big decision today: I want to be more productive. I have been trying to accomplish my actifit challenge for almost a week now and that’s working really well but it’s time for me to change other aspects of life as well. I need to improve my sleeping habits - go to bed and wake up earlier - in order to be more productive. I also plan on trying different strategies to motivate myself. I hope these changes will turn things around.
Since I also want to eat more healthy I went to the grocery store today and bought some food. That way I made some steps, I actually walked to the store. I also made some steps at home, which will bring me to 8,000 steps in total. That’s a fine result for such a busy day.
