Today was an epic Pull day on the rings!
I adjusted my workout a bit and will be doing 3 sets of each exercise moving forward.
Scapula Raises
Pull Ups (Rings)
One Arm Rows (Rings)
Y & T (Rings)
Bicep Curls (Rings)
Knee Raises (Bar)
