Sometimes, the smartest way to crush your goals is by slowing down a bit. Today, I focused on pacing myself rather than pushing too hard. With the big walk planned for tomorrow, I kept things light and breezy—literally! The scenery was gorgeous, the canal reflecting every puff of cloud like a mirror, while the sun cast that perfect glow over everything.
Despite taking it easy, I still managed to rack up 11.5k steps and cover 8.5km. It’s a good reminder that progress doesn’t always have to be a sprint—it’s about consistently moving forward, even when you’re holding a bit back. Tomorrow, it’s game on, but today was all about recharging and appreciating the journey. 🌞👟 #FitnessJourney #WalkingGoals
