One of my favorite exercise games is, Deadlift. I always start training with that and my enthusiasm burns, somehow the deadlift always teaches me something new, namely patience.
The deadlift taught me to always be patient, getting stronger day by day to increase the weight, starting from 10 kg until now I can reach the 55 kg phase.
