I have a free morning, so it is an ideal opportunity for a longer Actifit post.
Yesterday I went for two walks total as the weather was very nice.
The first one after the lunch and the second after the sunset. It was not even that cold.
Shopping fell in the middle of the afternoon and it was basic grocery shopping in one local shopping mall.
Transfer to EUR was not all that bad. I expect some prices to slip lower even when local sellers are abusing the whole situation and pumping the prices up.
Some things went overboard so we went abroad to get them cheaper.
I updated my ebook collection with a few more titles. I don’t do much about this as I have other interest. I do find interesting videos from time to time.
I was reading: 1001 Ways To Get In Shape months ago, it is still on my table stand. I kind of like that one.
I further improved my mourning routine, and substituted instant coffee with chicory coffee. It will take me a few days to get used to it.
Well, I pictured a lot of people. It is more fun than flowers, food and clouds.
Chocolate product that we were buying in EuroSpin proved to have either too much saturated fat, or changed to use soy lectin which we do not tolerate, so we found an alternative.
Basically, any chocolate without soy lecitin and too much saturated fat would be great but for some reason soy is stuffed in huge majority of them.

These are sold in one shop locally and our favorite is Caramel Seasalt.
I watched a lot of movies, some were great some were terrible. In general my movie experience is average to bad.
We started to watch more and more older movies - like Indiana Jones and similar.
My Fitbit activity was rather good compared to other days. It is not that I am not trying, but I either don’t have time or I have other obligations.
I mostly stick to my default regime, twice and day and that is it. I don’t spend much time ruminating on improvements.
