Hi to all my actifiters friends around the worlds, how are you doing today? i am hoping that you are all healthy and fine. Today i want to share some of my activity and my thoughs. Today is little bit different than usual. I am following my wife and my son in school. Since my son school have event that need parents to attending. They have performance to us as a parents and it is like result of all 1 year school. And yeah since kindergarten what else could be the performance? just dancing, singing, and poem reading.
This event started at 8 a. m and done at 9.30 a. m. So many performance that this kid show off to us. I am enjoying the performance too and i am proud to my son that now he is brave and not shy showing dance and singing in front of people. I am very shy when i am in my son age to perform like that. Usually i am just frozen because of nervous.
Maybe i will write in another content for this performance. I will explained with some detail. And today i am training my leg. For your information guys especially when you are a man. I think train our leg is really important. Not only for healthier. But i think the main reason is because when our legs got trained. We can eat more. Legs muscles is the biggest muscles in our body. Thats why if we are train our leg. It will automatically burn more fat inside our body and when we are over of sweet dishes at least we are slowing down to be fat. The leg muscles will drain the sugar first before stored as fat. And dont forget. Training or legs will rising testhosterone hormone that can make vigorous. So many bonuses that we can claim if we train our legs. As we are growing old, we can still walk and not depending to others or using tools or wheelchair to walk.
