Swing 42 had a practice session in Danielle’s garden this afternoon. I can’t remember the last time I’ve been as we’be been concentrating more on folk and pop stuff lately.
However, Barbara managed to secure a gig for us for the beginning of September.

We weren’t sure this time if we annoyed the neighbours… Someone put loud music on somewhere… What do you think? We played another three generally known songs to finish as it was going home time anyhow…

A few images from our town walk this morning. I went out in a T-shirt and found it slightly nippy in the shade. It was quite a nice day overall but when I took Mia out after practicing we got totally drenched! 🤣

Getting the hanging baskets out for the day. I wonder if it’s too cold for them out at night right now? 🤔
