Yes, you guessed it, another quiet day without a great deal of exercise. My injury continues to get better, but I’m still not able to walk without a painful limp.

At lunchtime, I needed to get some groceries, so i walked the longer way to the shops via the park. My first image is in the woods just before i arrived at the local duck pond.

The other two pictures are more images from my garden. All the pictures today were taken on my insta360 camera and were cropped in the insta app. In fact, the last picture is a frame from a quick 360 video I shot in the garden. The quality of the images isn’t particularly high, but I think it’s plenty good enough to display on a phone screen. Doing it this way provides an enormous amount of flexibility for reframing a picture.
