As ever with camping we were awake nice and early. After a relaxed cup of coffee we drove along to the nearby town of Brecon and did an 11km run back to camp along the first section of the Taff Trail. (“We” consisted of my Wife, older Son, Brother-in-law and myself)

Once back it was time for more coffee and bacon and eggs for breakfast.

Another quite lunch in camp and then, later in the afternoon, we all went for a 5km walk along the canal in the opposite direction from our morning run.

All in all it was a tiring but enjoyable day which we will be rounding off with a bbq for dinner.
