My Actifit Report and Some Cooking Tips 🥗🌿

I did my running routine, trying to be on my score 🏃🏾‍♀️.

After that, I made my lunch using one’s of my favorites ingredients to seasoning my dish, “The Oregano”.

This condiment had a floral flavor, I cut it in the early morning or at night to avoid the harmful effects of the sun rays over the tree 🌳.

Then I put the cutting branches in a bowl and let them in the backyard for a few days to get dried. In this way I get an intense and natural flavor in an organic way.

Besides its flavor, I really like their properties on the human body like: antihistamine, digestive, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant.

Remember, when you are training, you must eat healthy to complement your effort’s. When I decided to harvest my own food, I tried to create tasty and funny recipes according to seasonal ingredients, focused on quality of flavor and considering the macro and micro nutrients. With this new way of cooking, I reach many interesting things:

  1. I’ve learned to be more in touch with the nature.

  2. Is very exciting to prepare your dishes using your own harvest, you feel happy with yourself, it’s a great first step to take care of the environment, and you will cut off your carbon footprint.

  3. I’ve learned about how to exchange some ingredients from others in a simple way.

  4. And so on!
