Shoulders for boulders day.
Took two hours today. I’ve changed only one part of the workout to include shoulder flies but with only ten pounds per arm. Concentrating on Kroger my arms locked straight.
Also went to the land to put two more posts. Had the city planning come to inspect the lot. No construction so no penalty.
I’ve already put the posts up so just chilling to cool down. Next is one more post then it’s the barbed wires.
Oh important stat, I’m at seventy kilos.
