Woke up late today. I had this notion of doing very minimal things today and I also knew since it’s Thursday I had to go through Turkish get ups with my ten kilo kettle bell.
The plan was to do six sets of five reps but my left thigh started having a sharp pain so just did four sets instead.
After that I went to get the motorbike washed because it was getting dirty.
From there went to meet my friend for lunch so ride to the city hall and missed her office entrance lol
Had lunch then after that went to have coffee. Before going to my family’s beach house to get some fruit, but there were not many…
Later in the day I went to St my friend play badminton, I did not realise it is very popular here in Toledo.
And that my friends was my day.
