Guten Abend :)

Heute führe ich die Auflösung des 7 HSBI-Giveaways durch. Leider hatte mein Rücktransport heute eine Verspätung von knapp 2 Stunden, weshalb ich mich auch heute wieder recht kurz fassen werde, da ich morgen früh bereits wieder im Büro sein muss.

Mein Tag begann mit zwei Meetings, gefolgt von meiner Rückreise in die Heimat. Zum Mittagessen gab es einen Grillteller (nicht allzu groß) zusammen mit Kartoffelpuffer. Insgesamt schätze ich das Ganze auf etwa 1000 Kcal. Gerade eben habe ich noch eine Kleinigkeit gegessen, was mir heute definitiv ein recht großes Kaloriendefizit bescheren sollte.

Ich bin gespannt auf meine morgige Wiegung.

Today, I am announcing the resolution of the 7 HSBI giveaway. Unfortunately, my return transport was delayed by about 2 hours today, so I will also be brief as I need to be back in the office early tomorrow morning.

My day started with two meetings, followed by my return journey home. For lunch, I had a grill platter (not too large) along with potato pancakes. I estimate the whole meal at about 1000 Kcal. I just had a little more to eat, which should definitely result in a substantial calorie deficit for today.

I’m looking forward to my weigh-in tomorrow.
