The ache and the emotion that struck me as I write is overwhelming. Today started, well… I won’t say I expected much from it, so I wasn’t that surprised at everything that unfolded… or, was I?

My morning started with time. Yeah, I woke up and realized I had really slept in. What my time was showing and how I felt were two different things. It was a bit surprising when I saw the time as 10:03 am which means so much to me because it has been a long while since I had that kind of sleep knowing I slept a tad bit early on Sunday.

The time I woke up already took almost half of my day, lol. I had to start with home chores, even got to wash my clothes while I was cooking. Despite waking up late, I was filled with a high amount of energy. I felt that same energy yesterday as well because I did a lot, and today, I was filled with the same energy. Awesome, right?

I went on with the day’s work, and everything went well. Like I stated earlier, I didn’t really expect much from today, so I wasn’t too fazed by it happening. After work, I did spend time finishing up with a Kdrama short series with just 4 episodes. I had begun watching it yesterday at noon but had to do some work, so I left it. I was glad I was able to finish it up today before coming online to check messages from a close friend, though we weren’t able to speak much.

I went back to watching another movie before preparing myself for a night walk. It was interesting getting to take a walk in a new city. I noticed there were a lot of governmental constructions going on to make the roads better. I would have loved to commend them, but… that would be after they finish up with their work, hopefully before I leave the capital.

As I walked on, I couldn’t help but listen to Bruno Mars’ music. I made mention of it in my post yesterday while sharing another song, and just as the thought of the song filled my head… Hehe, my headphones did the perfect job of giving me the real sound.

Listening to the song made my day. It brought a smile to my lips as I tilt my head and body left and right. Hehe. I was in my world as I walked around the park. The day started not too early for me, and maybe that’s what I needed to kickstart my day.
