And for today’s report

Haaaay. I think I’m doing a cheat day today because of the foods here my place hahaha! Well after I finished running this morning, my wife prepared garlic rice with eggs and ham, well i dont plan to eat plenty but I skipped my dinner last nigt because I was busy setting up the computer for grinding so this morning I ate a lot. Like really a lot! Hahaha well that is all there is for today. Have a great holiday guys!
