Goal Achieved!

Weekly Report

Coming off a week of admittedly low activity, I renewed my commitment to improving my physical health.

I set a daily step target and achieved it every week. Week-over-week, I almost doubled the number of steps.

I submitted an Actifit post every day.

I “closed the rings” every day. For folks unfamiliar with the Apple Watch activity app, there are 3 ring targets.

  • Move is a measure of activity calories burned
  • Exercise is a measure of minutes in the aerobic range
  • Stand is the number of hours in during which I had at least a minute walking around.

The last time I met all 3 of these goals was June 2019. (Usually, it’s been the exercise ring that didn’t always get closed)
