I watched the Republican Convention tonight and saw a sweet family moment. There are a lot of political warriors out there but they are also fellow humans and their family is very important to them.

I knew one of Trump’s sons was speaking tonight but I was surprised when he turned the mic over to his daughter Kai, Trump’s grandchild. She showed the human side of a boisterous political warrior.

I frequently say on here in my own posts or in comments to others, that family is the most important thing. If you can have a loving family in your life then you’re rich beyond comprehension. It was nice to see Kai talk about her grandpa Trump and we have a YouTube video of her speech of course. So take a look!

Did you know that Kai Trump has her own YouTube channel? I did not know that. This teen with a famous grandpa seems to love golf like her grandpa does, and you can see her golfing on her YouTube channel at https://www.youtube.com/@kaitrumpgolfer

My Activity

today was getting some sun and water fun at the pool. Of course it didn’t register anything in my number because I don’t take my phone in the water. But I did some movements and stretching for strength and agility. Saturday is more water volleyball!

At home I lifted my dumbbells and did 10 pullups and 30 pushups.

Later I took my daily nightly walk. It was overcast but I did see the moon briefly peek out. It’s still hot and rain is in the forecast. I hope that we still get to play ball this Saturday.
