I walk for health & enjoyment. As I get back to this activity, I would like to walk for a minimum of an hour each day & I’m shooting for 10,000 steps.
My mind is always going, and one thing I’m constantly thinking about is getting that 2nd post in. It’s hard enough just to do the one every day. Also, I spend alot of time thinking how to build my activity points before I post. It’s going slow to me, but it’s going & I just have to be patient & not force more than I can handle.
As promised, I’m adding some of the music I listen to as I walk each day. I will start with what’s playing when I start, then what’s playing about halfway through, & end with what brings me home.
On Feb 29 … I left at 9:15am and as I started out a song called ‘Back To The Hood Of Things’ by ‘R. Kellyid’ got me started today.

Finally I ended my walk with 6516 activity steps when I reached my front door at 8:20am, in 47 minutes.
The song that bought me home was ‘Dazz’ by 'Brick’.
This is the post to bring me current, now I’m up to date & will try to keep it that way.
Now, I can make my posts on the day of my activity instead of being a day behind.
