The madness started todqy as expected across all aspects of life for me. I could tell as soon as I left the house before dawn heading to the gym for my workout. Traffic was busier than the past month and the gym was full. I expected this as the year really kicks off this week. It was a challenge to get my reps in today at the gym as I had to wait for a couple of machines and spots given how many people were there. I am glad I choose early as the alternative of this evening will likely be worse.

I still headed to the Spa right after my workout before heading back home as I wanted to get a Cold Plunge in to get the lift it gives before work. Work also got crazy as everyone os back from time off and the requests make it seem like I had not caught up at all these last couple of weeks. I am not concerned about this all as it was expected and I feel prepared.
