Did someone miss the Alaskan ferry? 😳

Once a week, the Alaskan Ferry docks at the town of Fairhaven Washington!
The Mrs works Wednesday through Friday, so we always miss having the opportunity to see this very large ship.
Today Liz had the day off, so we grabbed our backpacks, and drove down to Boulevard Park. We were hoping to walk the seaside hiking trail, and catch a glimpse of this Ocean going vessel! 😊
The wind was picking up…… one of those days when you need to hang onto you ball cap, or you might be swimming to retrieve it Lol!🙄
“Liz, who’s watching those kids, are they even wearing life vests, do they even realize how cold the water is?”😮
I guess the kids in the first photo, were trying to board the Alaskan Ferry, and missed it as well Lol!😇
The Mrs stopped at a bench within eyeshot of the Alaskan Ferry terminal, far across the Bay…………….
“I don’t see the ferry Silvertop!”😳
The first opportunity to come down on a Wednesday, and we missed seeing this ship!🙄
You can’t speak to a human being on line, they have an automated system.
I guess we could have acted like we wanted to board this ship, but we didn’t try that…………🙄
“Liz, it was still a very nice day, and a nice hike with you!”
