My Actifit Report Card: February 1 2025

I worked in the back yard for several hours today. I moved a lot of heavy weight this afternoon, and I burned some old wood and palm tree debris this evening.

Before dark, I walked to the park and did a few laps around the park. I did a few sets of pull-ups on the monkey bars, but most of my endurance and strength training was done with my ab roller this morning.
