More gym, more lifting! Did legs and shoulder days, felt quite amazing. Sometime I hate leg days but today felt good, also 30 minutes bike session to get my calorie deficit. Trying to drop 10-15 pounds before my work season restart in April ( also for end of season ice climbing/dry tooling) This report was published via Actifit app (Android | iOS).
