My Actifit Report Card: March 18 2025

Dear friends,

Yesterday evening, I walked in the park for one mile distance. I was a little tired but felt lighter afterwards. My aim is to reduce my weight and calories. There were some other people there walking, dancing aerobics and some sitting and reading leasurely.


In the morning. I gave a lift for a volunter cook to the meditation center; he had to prepare chapatti food for a yogi from India.

Other time, I did house, chores, and went shopping.

Those were some of the activities for yesterday.
