Itâs been a while since I posted my activity report! All those thousands of steps going to waste đ
Well, not really to waste. The benefits of daily activity can not be underestimated. Every working day, without a fail I go for 2 walks at both of my breaks. Coupled with running around the factory it amounts for more or less 9-10k steps each day.
Thatâs a healthy amount to stick to, although during the weekends it usually goes allover the place đ Some days much more than that, other days I put into ârest daysâ category and donât sweat about it.
Yesterday was a rare dry day and I could see coloured skies already when waking up around 6:30am. Once I arrived at work the sky was full of colours and Iâm glad I managed to capture it.
About the 6:30⌠Iâve been pushing my getting up times more and more and almost every day I barely make it to work even for 7:03, which is absolutely latest I should be in at. So yesterday I had a chat with myself and give myself a promise to get up at 6:15-6:20 the latest.
Today was the first time in weeks when I clocked in at 6:57! Well done me! Letâs hope I can keep it up and maybe push it to 6:45 one of those days. Getting up has always been a big issue for me, especially with a late night weekend nights that mess up my sleeping patterns. Letâs see how long I can keep a good streak going!
