Hello everyone! Pozdrav svima!
Today was finally a day without the rain, so I took a long walk after work with my two sons. Playful as they are, it was more of a light jogging then walking trying to catch up with them.
When we got back home I did some light body weight exercise - few series of pushups, situps, squats and full minute planks.
I was still sore from the other day so I can’t really say I enjoyed it much.
But what really made my day was when I stepped on a scale first time in this new year, and it showed 92 kg! Last time I did this was after Christmas, just before the New year and I had 93 kg. So that’s 1kg in 2 weeks just by being more active, walking, and not eating excesive amount of food.
Stay active, eat healthy - get fit and be happy. 💪
