Saludos a toda la comunidad de #SWC y #Hive 🙋🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️.

Aquí presente para el trote semanal, como normalmente debería de ser, ósea, los días jueves. Salí de casa a las 6:5am a enterarme con el brother “jhojan.p” y luego caminamos directamente al “Comando” para hacer estiramientos previos antes de empezar a trotar.

Dimos inicio al trote a las 6:15am aproximadamente, en esta ocasión tomamos la ruta más lejos, por la “Av.Caracas” hasta "La Casa de la Caña", pero antes de llegar realizamos 100 metros de "sprint". De regreso caminamos hasta el semáforo y retomamos el trote desde allí hasta "Materiales Gran Sabana", ya que no estamos acostumbrados a hacer esa cantidad de “Sprint” al llegar al destino fijado.

Here for the weekly jog, as it normally should be, that is, on Thursdays. I left home at 6:5am to meet up with brother “jhojan.p” and then we walked straight to the “Comando” to do some pre-stretching before we started jogging.

We started jogging at 6:15am approximately, this time we took the route further, along the “Av.Caracas” to "La Casa de la Caña", but before arriving we did 100 meters of "sprint". On the way back we walked to the traffic light and we resumed the jog from there to "Materiales Gran Sabana", since we are not used to do that amount of “Sprint” to reach the destination.
