The step count is good for today, though perhaps not overly relevant because we went out in the Kayaks. We started at Shiplake Lock on the Thames and paddled down St Patrick’s Stream, onto the Loddon, back onto the Thames. Stopped at the George and Dragon in Wargrave and then did the Hennerton backwaters and back to the Thames to head back to the starting point. 7.5 miles and four hours solid paddling.
It was great with a lot of different skills being put to the test. I did video part of the route, if interested I’ll put on 3speak
