Our hot, stormy weather has been bringing some good afternoon storms. It is such a relief when we get some cooling rain after all the humidity. I tried to get some photos of the lighting but the phone camera was not fast enough. I had to do some video, and then screen shot it. The lightning can be fascinating to see frozen in time.

Another decent activity count with a parkrun in the morning, some house and yard chores, and an afternoon stroll.
