Yaayyyy! I hit the 5000 step mark today after a long time! It feels great and I feel quite victorious. Hehehehe, how the mighty hath fallen yeah? Oh well, I’m don’t care what anyone says right now. Yes, I lost my exercise mojo with the Christmas and New year fanfare, yes, I’m not yet back on track, and yes, I am having a marvelous time despite the extra weight. I’m taking this a day at a time and 5000 steps today was a leap in the right direction. I’m gonna try to keep this up this week but I wouldn’t flog myself if I don’t make the cut. We’ll just have to wait and see won’t we? Lol! What about you? How’s your fitness journey going for you? I would appreciate any encouragement I can get. Cheers guys.
