It was a gray and rainy Easter here in Portland, OR.
My goals this first week are modest. Partly because I’m very busy getting ready to move house next week. Partly because behavioral science shows that small incremental changes are more likely to become habitual.
The activity app on my watch calculates averages on a few different metrics. So my goal each day this week is to beat the average.
