Yesterday, I went on 2 walks with 2 friends. One inland, one on the beach. Each longer than 4 miles - pretty much a 10 mile day. And, I forgot to post 🙈

And the app doesn’t let me post for yesterday 😏

Oh well. Today, housework and knitting….
