I played a practice round out at the easy disc golf course by the river. I scored a +1. It seems like what I play the course at unless I’m really focused on scoring better.
I’ve been trying to learn a couple of new discs. One of them is too flippy, and the other is a bit on the too stable side. The flippy disc often turns into a roller unless there is a tail wind, and I’m being extra careful. The stable disc I think I can adjust better too and it should beat in and get less stable.
I like to have at least one high-speed disc that consistently turns for me that I don’t have to worry too much about over turning into a cut roll. Maybe the Pro Shop will get some new discs in soon.
A tree was down on the disc golf course today:
Every time there is a storm around here, there are many tree branches broken. It seems like these trees have to grow very fast to keep up with the storms.
