Another really active day, it was good, toured the campus again with an individual from one of our sister colleges.
Needless to say, lots if walking happened between meetings, I feel like a daze at work these last couple of weeks.
The other good chunk of activity came from the weightroom. Started with pulse back squats, also had squat to shoulder press, some pull-ups, some pull downs, along with some tricep presses. Finished it all out with bicycle crunches, overall, a good workout to balance the cake I had earlier…
