Today seemed more like two days instead of one. I woke up, did a few things, then hit the weightroom.
It was a good workout, we had some Romanian deadlifts, I am finally back up to the weight I was before I injured myself. Lat pull-downs, some shoulder raises, finished up with some dead bugs, a nice stretch.
Then, the rest of the day came around, where i did some housework, followed up with some packing and organizing a bunch of boxes, that haven’ been opened in at least five years.
