Midge Orchids from Kalkari Trail : February 1 2022

It is all quite scary. The days are blurring one into the other. All I have is the date stamps on the photos to tell me what went on. The sky was blue. I took the car to drop off stuff for a new bike wheel. I went to the bush to find midge orchids

Last week I saw 4 plants and only two this time - genoplesium baueri or brittle midge orchid. Hard to get decent photos without damaging the protective cover. This is an endangered orchid with only 200 plans across 13 sites.

Corunastylis fimbriata in a known spot from last year

Bonnet orchid

Midge orchid - maybe rufa

Rupp’s midge orchid - corunastylis ruppii

Did find a few variegated hyacinth orchids

Large tongue orchid - cryptostylis subulata

Last flower for Rupp’s midge orchid

Great walk with 6 orchids found

Dinner: Cheat entree

Trade action: Naked put on TSLA - will change the approach to these trades as I get into new OptionsAnimal training. This trade has high risk capital at stake - there are ways to get the same numeric result with less risk capital.
