We’re almost there! Christmas Eve is in 2 nights and Christmas is in 3 days. Are you ready? Do you celebrate Christmas or something else or nothing at all?
Here’s a sweet YouTube Short by Alta Sweet who makes lots of YouTube Shorts and many involve dancing. Alta is trained at ballet and other forms of dance. I think almost anyone can enjoy her Happy Holidays Christmas dance. It has been up for 5 days and has received 140K views and almost 10M Likes. Let’s spend 21 seconds watching Alta dance in this nice light hearted video Short.
There is a lot of good feelings this time of year. Many people feel happy. The Christmas story is about something that happened in the world which makes people feel happy because of what happened.
Some people are happy to feel happy and they don’t care to think much about the thoughts they have that make them happy. It’s too heavy. Just keep it light and enjoy the season with your friends and family and online friends!
But for those who want to know what sociologists and anthropologists are saying about religion, one has the internet at their disposal. The knowledge of the world is at your fingertips to explore and test to see if what someone says is true. Of course that could take a lot of time. Maybe a lifetime. Let’s keep it light and just enjoy this time of year!
But if you’re still scrolling down and you’re at this paragraph, then you’ve reached the heavy part, and you can spend 6 minutes on an explanation of how religions came to be. You can feel that this is true or not. You can feel however you want about almost anything and you deserve all the respect from your fellow humans as everyone deserves. People are going to feel differently, that is a true statement. But we’re all neighbors on this one Earth and we should all love one another since we’re all human and we all want that.
So watch this, or don’t. It’s okay either way. Discuss it or don’t. Either is fine. Let’s enjoy this time of year and bring joy to those we come in contact with.
