Saludos a todos en actifit, aquí estoy yo con un nuevo reporte !

Hello everyone at actifit, here I am with a new report !

Tuve un día bastante movido, me desperté a las 8am ya que debía ir al edificio tricolor a las 9:30am para hacer pasantías de mi curso de entrenador deportivo, era bastante lejos, a rededor de unos 7km en bici, por lo que era un desafío mental ya que a esa hora hace mucho sol y calor, al final termine yendo junto con un amigo por lo que fue más agradable ir. Estando allá nos dieron varias explicaciones y nos pusieron a elegir un deporte para el cual nos enseñaran a dar clases , mi amigo y yo elegimos kickboxing, nos mostraron las instalaciones y terminamos la pasaría a la 1pm, caminamos hasta nany para comernos un helado y nos paso buscando un amigo para que no tuviéramos que recorrer tanto en bici. Luego de llegar a mi casa descanse un rato e hice mis quehaceres, y vine a concordia al rededor de las 7pm a dar clases a mi alumno ya que el día de ayer no pudo entrenar porque tuvo que estudiar, ha sido un día bastante activo y divertido !

I had a pretty busy day, I woke up at 8am because I had to go to the tricolor building at 9:30am to do an internship for my sports trainer course, it was quite far, about 7km by bike, so it was a mental challenge because at that time it is very sunny and hot, in the end I ended up going with a friend so it was more enjoyable to go. Once there they gave us several explanations and we were asked to choose a sport for which they would teach us to give classes, my friend and I chose kickboxing, they showed us the facilities and we finished the training at 1pm, we walked to Nany to eat an ice cream and a friend came by looking for us so we didn't have to cycle so much. After arriving home I rested for a while and did my chores, and came to Concordia around 7pm to give classes to my student since yesterday he could not train because he had to study, it has been a very active and fun day!
