it was the day where i was overran by so much things to do. i had work, had to do the laundry, had to figure out what else to bring home, had to clean the luggage bags, and had to pack for the vacation. i will be back in the philippines for a week and that is giving me lots of stress at this point. the best thing to do is to just tackle each one at a time. but i am not that person, i did multiple things to as much as three things at the same time. gosh, my brain has its own system and i am just here to help it execute the plan.
at least today, i am in no mood to go out for a night walk. with these many tasks, i just have to let go of those with the least effect. the night walk got hit. i suppose i will have none of it for the next few days. although the sky was so fair, very tempting but no i can’t.
of the things listed above, there are things that cannot be done within the day. those will have to be figured out till friday night. for tonight, let’s just move slowly.
i decided to go to the gym for back exercises, it will be the last before i have trip. most likely, i won’t be able to do any exercises in the philippines, will i even be able to rest? i surely hope so; a vacation without any rest cannot be called a vacation at all.
anyway, here is the back exercise routine
pull ups (10 x 12)
barbell bent-over row (65kg x 3 x 12)
shrugs (55kg x 3 x 20)
chest supported bumbbell row (35kg x 3 x 12)
single arm seated row (38kg x 3 x 12 per arm)
a set each of the following with no rest between sets
reverse fly (32kg x 3 x 12)
lat pulldown (50kg x 3 x 12)
i guess this ends my post for today as well. i will still have to go back to my trip planning.
