This is my actifit report for Sunday 9th July,2023.

My Sunday was a relaxing Sunday,
Because after doing some house chores and online activities.

I relaxed at home chatting, watched a movie “ghosted”, then another kdrama “see you in my 19th life”.

Then started processing Pennisetum purpureum for soup making.

In my locality history, it is said that this food is specially prepared on special occasions and on Sundays.

Though, it’s mostly prepared with molded melon to grace the special occasions.

Reason for including the Sunday is because relatives are known to visit each other.

While walking around later in the day, I bombed into this plant.

If mistakenly touched or stepped on causes much pain.
Lately I heard this plant is used for medicinal purposes.
Interesting 🤔

Something that can cause physical pain.

Well, at least it’s important in some aspect.
