The Scribbly gum trees are losing their bark again. It makes the nature reserve look brighter and more colourful.

Some of the tree have heaps of dark piled up at the base. You can just make out where the Scribbly gum moths have played their lava, and when the hatch, they burrow and make those squiggly lines.

Fitness wise, I am back walk freely, but I am struggling to run comfortably. Still some good progress, and hopefully, the ankle will be 100% real soon.
