Translation:
Amr bin Shuaib narrates from his father and he from his grandfather, and he from the Prophet, peace be upon him, said: “The testimony (testimony) of a cheating man is not permissible, nor is the testimony of a cheating woman, nor is the testimony of an adulterous man permissible, nor is the testimony of an adulterous woman, nor is the testimony of a hostile person against his brother, and the testimony of a dependent of a family regarding this family will not be accepted.” Hasan, Narrated by Abu Dawud.
