Podcasts I Listen While on Actifit: February 26 2020

Listening to Podcasts while working out was really worthwhile compared to listening to music. The benefits are pretty obvious like reading, but you can’t read while moving a lot.

So below are 3 podcasts I listen to on Spotify:

The School of Greatness by Lewis Howes

I discovered Lewis Howes in YouTube after binging ‘motivational’ videos randomly. He is a NYT bestselling author, Lifestyle Enterpreneur, former pro athlete and world record holder in football. The Podcast almost similar to his YouTube channel. The School of Greatness interviews the most brilliant business minds, world class athletes and influential celebrities by finding out what makes them great. Obviously, I listen to it with the hope that I can learn great lessons from great people.

The Art of Charm

I stumble upon this podcast because they interviewed Lewis Howes. I don’t know much about the people behind this podcast, AJ Harbinger and Johnny Dzubak. Their podcast description on Spotify was like:

The Art of Charm is where self-motivated people, just like you, come to learn from the company’s coaches about to how to master human dynamics, relationships, and becoming your best self with the help of Johnny and AJ, the company’s founders. Johnny and AJ bring their 11 years of coaching experience from their famous Bootcamps, where they host clients in Los Angeles from all over the world and they share their stories, best practices and themselves on this weekly pod cast. Not only does The Art of Charm help everyday people. including active members of the military, learn how to become higher performers, better spouses, partners, and coworkers, they dig deep into human behavior, the science behind it, and demystify what we do and why we do it.

They seems to be more about human relationship in general, but sometimes go into other subjects like health and spirituality

The Punk Rock MBA

Finn Mckenty was one of those interesting YouTubers that combines his loves of music with business, marketing and self development. His podcast interviews people who are making a living doing something they love: from musician to filmmakers, designers, visual artists, engineers, athletes, business owners, writers - anybody who turned their passion into their career.

I found this Podcast more relatable for me because I am one of those 30+ guys that still listen and discover music especially heavy music. But, he only started podcasting only recently with 5 episodes so not much content to learn more about the people 'who turned passion into their career’.
