My Actifit Report Card: July 19 2019

This is my activity from yesterday. Last night I was too tired to post it and today is not any better.

Yesterday was a walking day again, visiting Kecskemét and the small stops on my way home.

Today is a new day and I have to rethink my strategy. After 9 days of traveling and eating all kinds of food, the scale is looking good. Although I ate more than usual, the schedule was very different. I had my regular breakfast which is oatmeal with yoghurt and for lunch I had whatever I wanted, usually soup and main course, which was usually double of what I normally eat. There was no dinner though, except from some snacks.

This combined with a lot of walking has worked for me very well according to the scale. Haven’t lost much but still, considering that my whole schedule has been hectic, it’s still good.

Basically these days were not about weight loss at all but about the vacation and having fun, I ate what I wanted, including sweets, so I’m ok with the results.

Now everything is back to normal and should resume training but I’m going to rest today as the amount of fatigue that I’ve accumulated over the past days is starting to show. Today I’m going to take it easy and tomorrow will be the day of a new start. 11162 Walking
