My Actifit Report Card: July 26 2024

I’m on track again!

It feels good to be back to reaching the goals I’ve set for myself. I skipped everything yesterday just resting since I had a fever. Today, I’m all well and started the day with an avocado and some French toast.


Then I went to the gym and had a guava juice before going. I feel extremely tired within. It feels like the blood is drained from my body. I’m not sure what’s wrong but I was very careful while doing everything today.

I’ve noted my bp is low several times before but I’m not sure about the reason.

After my careful workout session, I had rice and chapati with chicken curry. Plus a salad with yogurt and cucumber.

It was a good meal but I still felt hungry. So, I had a chat with chatgpt about calorie deficit and stuff. Turns out I’m already in a 1000+ calorie deficit today so far. So, I might be eating something nice for dinner.
I feel I can post the report now since I won’t be engaging in any activities today.
