Another day off passed by and it was my nutritionist appointment day…

All the effort this week was paid off as I lost what I gain during festivities. Lost 0,8 kg and a couple cms on my waist!

3kg away from the 75kg goal and -30kg total lost!

I’ll keep fighting :)
