Happy Monday Actifiters!
The weather here in the Rogue Valley has cooled down a little bit over the past few days, but it’s still been really sunny. I’m Grateful for the sunshine, especially given the fact that it’s baseball season.
Time sure seems to fly! It seems like it wasn’t that long ago that the orchards were blooming and full of beautiful white hair blossoms. Now the trees are fully leaved out and the blossoms have given way to begin the fruiting process.
I used my lunch break for a walk today, and decided to diverge a little bit from my normal route. Route. Took a quick jaunt to check out the orchards. It’s always amazing to me to think that I won’t be, but a few more months until pears are fully grown and harvest begins. In all these totes will be full of pears 🙂
It was really nice today to get out for a walk. My energy level was definitely feeling low. So getting out for a walk was really a great use of my lunch. It gave me an opportunity to think and pray as well as get my activity in for the day. After my walk. It was really a nice reset to have some additional energy and focus for the rest of the day.
After work, I got to coach t-ball which was a lot of fun. It’s great to see the kids learning:)
