A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.

A cold drop has isolated itself in the middle of the Mediterranean. This caused a depression with a showy eye that is stationary off the east coast of Sardinia.

Fortunately it is kept off the coast of Campania and the important thing is that the sky over the city of Naples is blue as in the best summer days.

Outside to the balcony, in the middle of what remains of this tradescantia, a small succulent plant appeared. Soon we will give an incubator to our new newborn baby.

When I came down, after lunch, the sky looked even bluer and the clean air increased the view. In fact, the details of the Moon were clearly visible to the naked eye in broad daylight.

Even the details of the volcanic building Mount Somma-Vesuvius were very clear while, clouds, replicated in the sky the silhouette of the mountains below.

The streets near the cemetery were not at all busy and a few cars occasionally appeared on the horizon.

My journey took me along the Hospital of the Sea. This is the entrance where the acceptance and booking of visits is made. The property has a beautiful very modern design.

Too bad that in summer creates an annoying greenhouse effect even if there is the positive note that in winter there is no need for heating. In fact, in this winter the heating has been turned off for a long time in all the houses of the Neapolitans.

Arrived at the roundabout you can see that Vesuvius still has patches of snow visible on the top left.

Halfway there I stop to celebrate my #iamalivechallenge 293. A car keeps me company while I’m happy to stay alive and fit today.

Today I have increased considerably also the speeds of my step so much to be already of return before the sunset began.

A Sunset without Colors but that gave us the spectacle of two Planets that joined. This Astral position is called the Kiss between Jupiter and Venus. Please do not look much and let these two Planets in their intimacy. ! LOL
