I had a free morning, so what else to do but get on my mountain bike! Oh yes!

As we have had a lot of rain recently (more is forecast for this afternoon), I decided to keep to hard tracks and tarmac.

Altitude gains are good on this ride, at least for my area. Even nicer off road in dry conditions 😅.

I spotted some nice fungi on a log, probably enjoying the very damp winter conditions. There are some nice spring like feelings when the sun comes out though. Thats nice to know after this long winter.

Part of my route today, reaching top speeds of about 27mph on the road decents as can be seen in red on the map. Not huge speeds but enough for me!
