Hello friends, Happy New Week to you all🤗🤗 and to my dear @actifit community, I sincerely missed you for the past few days. I was updating the operating system and in that process, I didn’t know how I lost the actifit app on my phone. So it made me lose some count of what I was supposed to upload on Saturday. On Saturday, I was busy working on other things and I also redownloaded the app and did some settings on it, although I got a few counts that are not encouraging so I will not report it.

It’s the 15th day of January 🤗🤗 wow!!! It’s pretty cool Monday morning, below is my report card for Sunday 14th. Please stay cool as we journey through my day.

It was a Sunday morning!!! Thanks be to God for a pretty day like this🤗, am so glad that the year is gradually moving in good spirits 🕊️🕊️.
I woke up around 6:20 a.m. said my prayers and decided to take some time to meditate while on my bed. By 7:00 a.m. I went to the bathroom, took my bath, and prepared for the Sunday service. I was so pleased by the sermon for the day which talks about Obedience, I was also pleased by the worship and praise section. The service was dismissed by 11:00 a.m. Coming back home, I decided to prepare my lunch which was beans and rice gelof. 😘😘 You could have come around so that you could have some for yourself 😜, it was of good taste.

At 4:15 p.m. I decided to take a work to my Godmother’s house, just to spend some time with them.
When I got there, her children were so pleased to see me around. We played together and watched cartoons 🤣🤣🤣. How many of us love watching cartoons? It was a fun day for us all. Around the hours of 6 pm, I decided to go back to my root 🤗.

On my way, I took the sunset photograph. On getting home, I decided to work on something within the house. Before I go to bed, I also exercise my body a little so that I can sweat, and take my bath and that’s all for the day.
