Battling Sleepiness & My Actifit Report Card: March 5 2024

It was an odd day as I felt incredibly sleepy and off all day, despite getting a full seven hours of sleep last night. I considered having coffee to wake myself up, but work was so busy that I never had the chance. Plus, I knew that drinking coffee after noon could mess up my sleep schedule and leave me feeling like a zombie the next day. So, I decided against it. Instead, I opted for green tea after lunch, although its energizing effects usually don’t last long for me.

Despite having my fitness clothes with me, I decided to skip the K-pop fitness dance and head home early in hopes of getting an early rest/sleep.
